Stephanie Escorial
Health, Wellness (Holistic) & Fitness Coach + Life Coach + Hypnotherapist
London, United KingdomStéphanie’s journey began where so many high-achieving women find themselves — at the edge of burnout. After years of chasing success, pushing through exhaustion & putting everyone else first, her body and mind finally said “enough. ” It wasn’t just about being tired — it was a deep, soul-level depletion that no amount of "pushing harder" could fix. She is now committed to helping other high-achieving women to break free from burnout, be at peace with their bodies and lead from personal power.
Nat Creasy
United Kingdom
United KingdomI help exhausted women who've been running on empty for far too long. If you're shattered all day but wide awake when your head hits the pillow, or waking at 3am with your mind already racing through tomorrow's to-do list—you're in the right place. I specialise in deep rest and nervous system recalibration through yoga nidra, breathwork, and what I call "soul science"—blending practical techniques with contemplative wisdom. This isn't about quick fixes or sleep hygiene lists you've already tried. It's about getting underneath the exhaustion to help you feel anchored, bring quiet to your inner critic, and sleep properly again. I've been doing this work for over 15 years. Women come to me when they're done with pushing through, and what starts as "fix my sleep" often becomes something deeper—a complete shift in how they move through life. Less frantic, more grounded, actually able to rest. My approach is gentle but powerful. We work at your pace, with your nervous system, not against it. Whether you need a one-off reset or deeper ongoing support, I'm here to help you reclaim your energy and your peace.
Becky Dean
Occupational Therapist | Sleep and lifestyle professional
Sheffield, United KingdomSleep and our bodies thrive on rhythm and balance. When that balance is disrupted it can affect sleep, mood and energy and in turn how we feel and function day to day. I specialise in sleep and lifestyle support for people struggling with insomnia, fatigue, stress, and burnout. I’m an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with over 25 years of NHS clinical experience, and a certified Lifestyle Medicine professional with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. This means I’m trained to look beyond symptoms and explore the wider occupational and lifestyle factors that influence sleep. I’m certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), recommended by NICE as a first-line treatment for insomnia. This incorporates stress physiology, dealing with a racing mind and nervous system regulation, because a body or mind in “threat mode” at bedtime will struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep. My approach is holistic and solution-focused, and addresses the underlying drivers or root cause of poor sleep. Sleep doesn’t exist in isolation so we look at the full 24 hour picture. I provide a comprehensive assessment of your sleep difficulties, and analyse how your daily routines, habits, behaviours, beliefs and environment may be contributing to your sleep difficulties. This includes understanding how food, movement, connection, and mental wellbeing all play a vital role in our sleep health. Together we co-create a tailored sleep wellness plan that includes practical action steps, small daily practices and adaptive strategies, whilst simultaneously addressing your sleep beliefs and mindset. Using this combination of sleep education, cognitive and behavioural and environmental strategies it is possible to achieve restful, restorative sleep.

Libby Cheetham
United Kingdom
London, United KingdomHi, I'm Libby Cheetham. A Certified Sleep Practitioner and founder of Libby Sleep Consultancy, specialising in baby, toddler and children’s sleep. I support families at every stage, from newborns to early childhood, with personalised sleep guidance that feels realistic and responsive. As a mother of three, including a set of fraternal boy/girl twins, I have lived experience of the very challenges my clients face. I understand how exhausting and overwhelming sleep struggles can be, not just for little ones, but for the whole family, and I’m passionate about helping parents improve sleep for the family. I work privately with families on a 1:1 basis offering newborn sleep consultations, fully tailored sleep plans and troubleshooting calls for when or if sleep goes sideways. My approach is evidence-based, grounded in developmental sleep science and shaped around each family’s unique rhythm, values and goals. I also partner with businesses and organisations to support working parents through wellbeing initiatives. I focus on the real impact sleep deprivation has on professional performance, cognitive function, emotional resilience and overall wellbeing. Helping parents optimise sleep doesn’t just change life at home but also elevates performance, productivity and fulfilment in life beyond it. If you’re navigating unpredictable newborn nights, toddler resistance, or transitions such as starting nursery or big milestones, I’m here to support, listen and guide you.
Olena Santangeli
Certified Sleep Specialist | Adult & Child Sleep
SpainI’m a Certified Sleep Specialist and Founder of Caring Sleep Solutions, supporting both adults and children with sleep difficulties. I hold a PhD in Medical Neuroscience and have over 16 years of experience in sleep science, brain health, and mental wellbeing. I work with sleep as a foundational pillar of health, not a quick fix. My approach focuses on understanding why sleep is disrupted and helping the brain and body return to healthy, sustainable sleep patterns—without rigid rules or one-size-fits-all protocols. For adults, I support people struggling with insomnia, difficulty winding down, racing thoughts at night, sleep-related anxiety, burnout, and low energy. We work together to address both the biological and behavioral drivers of poor sleep, using practical strategies that fit real life. I also work closely with infants, young children, and families, offering high-touch, deeply personalized, and attachment-focused sleep support. I never use cry-it-out methods. Instead, sleep strategies are carefully tailored to each child’s developmental stage, temperament, and family context, always protecting the parent–child bond.

Diana Ojeda
Gestalt therapist & coach - Personal transformation
Toronto, CanadaI am a Colombian born living in Toronto for more than 20 years. My path into body-centered Gestalt therapy began long before I formally entered the field. In 1998, while building a successful career in computer science and corporate account management, I found myself increasingly disconnected—from my work, my joy, and ultimately my body. The physical pain I began to experience revealed what I already sensed internally: my life was out of alignment. This awakening set me on a decades-long journey of healing, presence, and embodied transformation. My first major turning point came through Biodanza, an integrative music-movement pedagogy she discovered in Colombia. The experience reawakened my vitality and clarified my desire to work directly with people through the wisdom of the body. After moving to Canada, I immersed myself in somatic disciplines, studying Zen Shiatsu at Kokoro Dojo, where I later became a supervisor, teaching assistant, and co-owner. Over the next several years I trained extensively in modalities such as medical qigong, craniosacral therapy, sotai, thai massage, and oriental breathing therapy. Through this deep engagement with embodied practice, I transformed own physical, emotional, and mental patterns—and opened my private practice in 2005. For nearly two decades, I have supported clients in relieving physical ailments, navigating emotional challenges, and making meaningful lifestyle shifts. My teaching experience expanded in 2012 when I joined the Acupuncture Program at Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine, guiding students in developing presence, sensitivity, and skill in the art of touch. I later returned to Biodanza as a facilitator, completing her 3-year training in 2016 and offering group processes that support emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. Over time, I recognized that lasting healing emerges not only through conscious touch and movement but also through dialogue, relational presence, and the co-creation of awareness. This led me to train in Gestalt psychotherapy at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto and later to specialize in Gestalt coaching through the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, graduating in 2024. My body-centered approach to Gestalt therapy integrates somatic awareness, breath, movement, and strategic conversation, helping clients develop a felt sense of themselves and access their innate capacity for clarity, choice, and transformation. With a grounding in decades of embodied practice and a deep trust in the intelligence of the body-mind, I partner with clients to cultivate wellbeing, resilience, and meaningful change. I hold an ACC credential with the International Coaching Federation, a GPCC credential with the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, and is a certified Biodanza facilitator with the International Biodanza Federation and long-standing member of the Shiatsu Therapy Society.
Julia Boiko-Shur
Wellness Coach
NetherlandsWelcome, I’m Julia. I help people build a healthy and balanced lifestyle through a supportive, realistic approach to wellness. My coaching combines nutrition, fitness and mindfulness to create habits that truly fit your life, not someone else’s rules or expectations. My philosophy is simple: everything starts with love. When you care for your body and mind from a place of compassion instead of pressure or punishment, lasting change becomes possible. Wellness isn’t about restriction, perfection or trying to earn your worth. It’s about feeling good, feeling grounded and connected to yourself. Together, we explore what feels right for you. We focus on consistency, not extremes. I guide you to find what works, what you enjoy and what supports your energy, confidence and wellbeing, not just for a moment, but for life.
